CLC is led by Pastor Simon Taylor together with three elders; Eric Jones, Mick Colbourn & Mal Morgan.

Pastor David Dubay is a non-salaried Pastor whose main responsibility is the Punjabi Fellowship within the church.

Pastor Philip Powell is a retired Pastor & Apostle in the Apostolic Church.

Paul Hinks is ordained as a Prophet within the church.

There is a wider leadership comprising 2 male and 7 female Deacons. 

Pastor Simon is married to Melleny. While Melleny was born & raised in Wolverhampton, Ps Simon is originally from Bradford and moved to Wolverhampton to study Law at its University in 1995. After practicing as a Solicitor  over five years Ps Simon is now the full time Pastor of the church. Melleny is an art teacher in a local secondary school.
